About

DAAN. is the stage name of Belgian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Daniël 'Daan' Stuyven, who has run his own project since the late 1990s blending rock, electronics and chanson. He broke through with the album Bridge Burner (2002) and went gold with tracks like 'Victory' and 'Housewife', earning him the ZAMU Award for best album in 2004. His latest record, Space (2024), pairs a retrofuturistic sound with the full-band live show he's built around drummer Isolde Lasoen and his other longtime musicians.
