Chuckie, the stage name of Clyde Sergio Narain (born 1978 in Paramaribo, Suriname), is an Amsterdam-based DJ, producer and rapper widely credited as a pioneer of the 'Dirty Dutch' sound - a style built on sharp synths over Latin-influenced rhythms. His collaboration with LMFAO on 'Let the Bass Kick in Miami Bitch' became a European top-10 hit and took him to main stages at Tomorrowland and Coachella. Over his career he has earned a Latin Grammy, two MOBO Awards and numerous gold and platinum certifications, while also producing for 50 Cent, Kesha and Akon and remixing tracks by Michael Jackson and David Guetta.
Chuckie was still performing on stage in 2026, according to Shazam, which registered his most recent performances that year.
Chuckie released his compilation album 'The Best of Chuckie' via the Ministry of Sound label, which reached the Dutch album chart at position 100.
