GASHOUDER presents: Eric Prydz
Techno pioneer Eric Prydz brings his electronic live act to the Gashouder in Amsterdam.
Eric Prydz (Stockholm, 1976) is a Swedish DJ and producer known for melodic progressive house and techno, releasing music under the aliases Pryda and Cirez D on his own labels. He broke through in 2004 with 'Call on Me', which topped charts across Europe, and has since built a reputation for technically ambitious live shows - most notably HOLO and the HOLOSPHERE, an eight-metre transparent LED sphere. His debut studio album, Opus, appeared in 2016.
Prydz announced a North American fall tour of twelve shows (October-December 2026), with performances in Miami, San Francisco, Dallas, Mexico City, Washington DC, Atlanta, Denver, Boston and Chicago.
Steve Angello posted a photo of a phone screen titled 'Eric Prydz & Steve Angello - Bedtime Stories', which fans interpreted as an announcement of the long-awaited collaboration that has been circulating as an unreleased ID since 2012.
Prydz confirmed that six new Pryda EPs are ready, starting with 'Mygga' and 'Modulation' - the first official Pryda releases since 2023.
EPIC Radio returned after an absence of six years: the new episodes are broadcast every two weeks via YouTube, Insomniac Radio and SiriusXM, with exclusively unreleased material in the first episode.
During the '20 Years of Prydz' show in Austin, Texas, Prydz performed his hit 'Call on Me' live for the first time in twenty years.
