About the venue

Ruigoord is a former village in Amsterdam's western harbour area that has served since the 1970s as a free haven for artists and a hub for experimental culture. Its old village church and surrounding buildings host festivals, concerts and art projects with a psychedelic, alternative edge. The site is best known for the annual Landjuweel festival.
