The NDSM-Werf is a former shipyard on the IJ waterfront in Amsterdam-Noord, now repurposed as a large creative hub. Its vast grounds host artist studios, cultural organisations and bars, and serve as the backdrop for major festivals such as Amsterdam Dance Event and Robodock. The raw industrial setting - cranes, warehouses and graffiti-covered walls - makes it a striking location for art, music and film productions.
