About the venue

The Natuurhistorisch Museum Maastricht is housed in a former convent and focuses on the natural history of South Limburg. Its permanent collection features fossils, minerals and taxidermy, with a near-complete skull of the Mosasaurus - found in the nearby Sint-Pietersberg - as its centrepiece. The museum also hosts temporary exhibitions and educational programmes throughout the year.
