Amsterdam

About the venue

The Royal Palace on Dam Square was built in the 17th century as Amsterdam's city hall, designed by Jacob van Campen, and is one of the finest surviving examples of Dutch Golden Age architecture. It still serves as an official palace of the King of the Netherlands. Alongside state visits and ceremonial functions, the palace regularly opens its doors to the public and hosts cultural exhibitions.
