About the venue

The Besiendershuis is one of Nijmegen's oldest surviving buildings, dating back to the fifteenth century. It originally served as the residence of the besiender, a steward of the Duchy of Gelderland. Today the building functions as an intimate cultural venue hosting small-scale concerts, theatre performances and literary events.
