Health Podium - Parent and Child Yoga

Parent and child yoga where you move and relax together with your child (ages 4-12): you do poses, stretches and play, with attention for each other and the connection between you.

All materials are provided; wear comfortable clothing. Booking is for 1 parent and 1 child.
