Pride & Paperbacks is a book club where young people who love reading come together to share their queer experiences. Each month features a book with LGBTQ+ themes or characters.

The group meets twice a month at Bibliotheek LocHal to discuss the book, get to know each other better, and catch up.

About the venue: de Bibliotheek LocHal

The LocHal is a former NS locomotive shed that was converted into a public library and cultural meeting place. The striking industrial building from the 1930s reopened in 2019 after an extensive renovation and was named Best Library in the Netherlands that same year. Alongside books and workspaces, it hosts lectures, exhibitions and other events.
