Every last Saturday of the month, volunteer Maya reads stories in English at Bibliotheek LocHal. This reading session is designed for children aged approximately 2 to 5 years and offers a playful way to encourage English language development.

About the venue: de Bibliotheek LocHal

The LocHal is a former NS locomotive shed that was converted into a public library and cultural meeting place. The striking industrial building from the 1930s reopened in 2019 after an extensive renovation and was named Best Library in the Netherlands that same year. Alongside books and workspaces, it hosts lectures, exhibitions and other events.
