So Long Sweetwater (8+)

Indigo is an imaginative child growing up in quiet Zoetermeer. Together with her mother Marianne, Indigo regularly escapes into a western fantasy world: guitar, banjo and harmonica in hand, and the wildest stories can begin. In their invented town of Sweetwater, Mary-Ann is the fearless heroine who fights for justice - not on horseback, but on a buffalo.

Now that Mary-Ann is gone, Indigo must continue alone. The journey leads past desert towns overgrown with cacti, past unreliable outlaws and across the vast prairie, with one goal: to complete the challenge that Mary-Ann left behind.

So Long Sweetwater is a music theatre performance about grief, letting go and the healing power of imagination. The performance lasts 50 minutes and is suitable for children from 8 years old.

Before the performance you can join FC Walhalla for dinner (starting at 18:00), where Walhalla chef Noreen has a different child serve their favourite meal each time.
