Alex Ploeg - Niks Persoonlijks (try-out)

Alex Ploeg brings try-outs of his new show Niks Persoonlijks to Kantine Walhalla. With his previous show Unplugged, he played sold-out venues and received a nomination for the Poelifinario, the cabaret award for best show of the year.

In Niks Persoonlijks, he holds nothing back - he claims the space, spares no one, but wants to apologize in advance. The programme combines sharp jokes and personal stories with guitar songs.

Alex Ploeg is a member of Comedytrain and was named Comedy Talent of the Year by the Volkskrant and counted among the most promising cabaret performers of the decade by NRC. He has been nominated twice for Neerlands Hoop and once for the Poelifinario. He previously created the shows Unplugged and Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, the satirical sketch programme Klikbeet, and appeared in Sunday with Lubach, This Was the News and Last One Laughing (LOL). In 2025 he made his cinema debut in Straf and is heard weekly in the podcast The Hot Porridge.
