Diva's op Stal

Diva's op Stal is the theatre duo of Mats Lodenstijn and Stephan Christiaan Peters, who describe themselves as "two show horses doing everything they can to avoid becoming discarded nags". They have performed at various venues and theatre festivals, including the Parade last summer, where all 37 of their shows sold out in no time. Their work moves between music theatre, cabaret and performance art: personal stories and current events are transformed into accessible productions that subtly challenge beneath the surface.

In this production, Peters and Lodenstijn ask themselves how you stay upright in the spotlight - or outside it - in an age of dick pics and artistic decadence. The result is a tragicomic revue full of glitter, sweat and above all hilarity.

More than ten years after graduating from the conservatory, the two take stock. They take the audience along their successes and rejections, followers and cancellers, applause and moments when things go wrong, in a two-men show that will stay with you.
