About: Michael Mayer

Michael Mayer is a German DJ and producer based in Cologne, closely associated with the Kompakt label he co-founded. He is known for his minimal techno and house sets, and released the influential mix compilation Immer in 2004. His work helped shape what became known as the Cologne sound.
