Oscar Smit - 472,000 euro (try-out)

In "472,000 euro", Oscar Smit takes aim at the overheated housing market. Smit won the jury prize at the Cameretten Festival in 2024 - the jury described him as "an engaged performer who surprises with extremely clever jokes". This is a try-out.

After more than ten years living in shared accommodation, Oscar finally wants a place of his own. Not that he really has to leave. It's still pleasant with his housemates, and he has nothing bad to say about them. (Also because they might be reading this.)

But it's time for his own space. How did it come to this? And is it all the fault of politics? (Spoiler: yes.)
