Open Evening: Roodvoet Former Brick Factory Redevelopment

AH projectontwikkeling is developing a plan to redevelop the former Roodvoet brick factory site - located on the outer dike along the Neder-Rijn in Rijswijk - into a residential location with approximately 40 private-sector homes.

An initial information meeting took place on 2 December 2025. Since then, follow-up steps have been taken and studies conducted, on the basis of which the plan has been further developed. Work is currently underway on the next phase of the amendment to the spatial plan.

On Thursday 1 October, AH projectontwikkeling is organizing an open evening to update interested parties on progress. The programme: drop-in from 19:30, a short presentation on the current status of the plan at 20:00, followed by the opportunity to discuss matters at various themed tables.

The evening takes place at Verenigingsgebouw De Hoekenburg, Korte Bosstraat 3 in Rijswijk. More information about the plan is available at www.herontwikkeling-roodvoet.nl.
