ADE // Splendor

Splendor participates this year in Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) with a series of concerts in which Splendor musicians present their vision on dance and electronic music. For this electro-acoustic club evening, Felix Schlarmann brings together musicians from Amsterdam's classical, world, electronic and improvisation scenes.

21:00 - Part #1: Antonii Baryshevskyi & Felix Schlarmann
Antonii Baryshevskyi (piano, synthesizers, electronics) and Felix Schlarmann (drums, percussion, electronics) explore new sonic territory together in a semi-improvised set with grand piano, synths, electronics and drums.

22:00 - Part #2: Alex Simu, Modar Salama & Felix Schlarmann
Composer and clarinetist Alex Simu, percussionist Modar Salama and drummer Felix Schlarmann combine their acoustic instruments with electronics and effects. The trio performs a dance experiment with Balkan and Middle Eastern rhythms as a starting point. Alex Simu (clarinets & electronics), Modar Salama (percussion & electronics), Felix Schlarmann (drums & electronics).

One ticket grants access to both performances; attending one part only is also possible. Tickets on a sliding scale: € 5 / € 10 / € 12,50 / € 15 / € 20 - pay what you can.
