The hip-hop scene in Limburg is thriving: artists like Mesy and recently Illie have broken through, but many acts remain under the radar - until the next viral moment. De Kom Op aims to change that, not by relocating the scene, but by offering a professional stage and building a bridge to the industry.

Each edition features 8 acts performing for an audience and a professional jury. The jury doesn't offer vague compliments, but concrete feedback on your lyrics, delivery, stage presence and performance. You'll also meet other artists who, like you, are looking for like-minded collaborators or new partnerships.

The winner receives more performance slots at venues and festivals in the region, plus guidance beforehand to make the most of that opportunity.
