Techno Yoga - start 18:30

Techno Yoga combines a vinyasa yoga flow with music therapy, art and embodiment in the space of RADION Amsterdam. The class flows gently, allowing music and movement to work together. Each event features a different music selection and concept to explore. Everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, expression, ethnicity, nationality, body shape or sexuality. The class suits all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

The group consists of 40 to 50 participants. Bring your own mat; if you don't have one, get in touch via Instagram: @technoyogagirl. Notify the instructor of any injuries beforehand. Tickets are non-refundable, but you can resell them via Ticketswap if you can't attend.
