Children's Book Week Spectacular "Spotlight On!"

Bibliotheek Hoogezand celebrates the start of Children's Book Week with a festive afternoon. The theme is "Spotlight On!": children dress in their finest outfits, step into the spotlight and play the lead role - with imagination, magic and books as the backdrop.
