Massada // support: DJ Teddy Talapessy

Massada performs on Friday, 28 August at Burgerweeshuis in Deventer. The Dutch-Moluccan band brings their distinctive blend of Latin rock and Moluccan music to the stage, with DJ Teddy Talapessy handling the opening and closing sets. This is one of only two Dutch dates for the band this year; after Deventer, they return to the Netherlands for a show in Arnhem on 17 September. The ensemble is recognized for their extensive use of percussion instruments and original compositions that weave together Eastern rhythms, South American influences, and their Moluccan heritage.
