Bolwerk Hardcore Fest

Bolwerk Hardcore Fest returns to Sneek with a lineup combining established names and newcomers.

Headliner Downset hails from Los Angeles and began in the early 1990s under the name Social Justice. With their 1994 debut album and tours alongside major acts, they built a reputation as pioneers of hardcore blended with rap. In 2022 they returned with a Nuclear Blast contract and have since been working on new music and shows.

Alongside Downset, the festival presents fresh sounds within the scene, complemented by the familiar power that has defined hardcore for generations.
