Obscura's Shred Fest

Obscura's Shred Fest is a touring festival dedicated to guitar shred within extreme metal genres. After editions in America and Australia/New Zealand, Europe is now the focus, with German technical death metal band Obscura - active for nearly 25 years - as the driving force behind the concept.

The line-up features Pestilence (Netherlands), pioneers of technical death metal since 1986, British thrash/technical death band Cryptic Shift, Danish progressive metal band Thus, and French metal band DVRK as opener. Obscura closes the evening.
