Stadsschouwburg De Harmonie kicks off the new theatre season with 'UIT De Harmonie', a free live show on the courtyard of Blokhuispoort in Leeuwarden. The programme features previews of the upcoming season, with music, musical theatre, drama, illusion, dance, performance and comedy.

On stage are Willemijn Verkaik, Edwin Jonker, Buddy Vedder, William Spaaij, Anique Dreamon, Hans Klok and Elske DeWall. Further performances include Fay Claassen, Lakshmi, Jet van der Steen, Girls on Fire, DC058, Curvalicious Diamond and Raptiel.

The evening is presented by Theun Plantinga and Tet Rozendal, with Rowan Veltman as backstage host.

About: Willemijn Verkaik

The only actress ever to perform Elphaba in Wicked across three languages and four countries, Verkaik is also the Dutch and German voice of Elsa in Frozen. She returns to Dutch stages in autumn 2026, taking the lead in Next to Normal.
