Willemijn Verkaik (born 1975) is a Dutch musical theatre actress and singer, uniquely the only performer to have played Elphaba in Wicked in three languages - German, Dutch and English - and in four countries, totalling more than 2,000 performances. A graduate of the Rotterdam Conservatory, she has worked across the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Broadway and the West End. She is also widely known as the Dutch and German singing voice of Elsa in Disney's Frozen and Frozen 2.
Willemijn Verkaik is cast as Diana Goodman in the Dutch touring production of Next to Normal, which starts in September 2026.
The premiere of Next to Normal is scheduled for October 10, 2026 at the Oude Luxor Theater in Rotterdam, after which the production tours through the Netherlands until the end of December.
