The season opens with an evening dedicated to cello and piano, featuring Michelle Lynne (piano) and Andrew Briggs (cello) as the main act.
The programme includes Rachmaninoff's Sonata op. 19, a work by Canadian composer Edward Enman, and the Lamento by James Simon - the Jewish-German composer whose music is too rarely performed.
Before the main programme, students from the Maastricht Conservatory will perform.
