Description was written before the event

For the first time since 1984, all 88 paintings by Vincent van Gogh from the Kröller-Müller Museum collection are on display together. The exhibition explores faith, hope and love as central themes in his work.

About the venue: Kröller-Müller Museum

The Kröller-Müller Museum sits within the Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe and holds one of the world's largest Van Gogh collections. Alongside the paintings, a sculpture garden of over 25 hectares displays works by artists such as Auguste Rodin and Barbara Hepworth. The museum was founded on the initiative of Helene Kröller-Müller, who donated her collection to the Dutch state in the 1930s.
