Bilal: Celebrating 25 Years of 1st Born Second

Grammy-winning R&B artist Bilal returns to the stage following two album releases in 2024. As a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, he is known for his expansive musical range.

This year marks 25 years since '1st Born Second' was released - his debut album, now considered a cornerstone of the neo-soul era. It features contributions from producers including J Dilla and Dr. Dre, and showcased Bilal's distinctive vocal approach on tracks like the love ballad 'Soul Sista' and the G-funk number 'Fast Lane'.
