Afterhours: Quello che non c'è - Tour 2027 — Melkweg, Amsterdam

Italian rock band Afterhours comes to Melkweg Amsterdam in 2027. The occasion is twofold: the band celebrates both the 40th anniversary of their debut EP and the 25th anniversary of the album 'Quello che non c'è' (2002).

Afterhours was founded in 1986 by frontman Manuel Agnelli - singer-songwriter, musician, record producer and author. The band name is a tribute to The Velvet Underground's song 'After Hours'. Their first single 'My Bit Boy' appeared in 1987, followed a year later by the mini-LP 'All the Good Children Go to Hell'. Besides their own work, they also contributed musically to the collaborative project Gutter Twins with Greg Dulli and Mark Lanegan.

The current line-up consists of Manuel Agnelli (vocals), Andrea Viti (bass), Giorgio Prette (drums), Dario Ciffo (violin, guitars, keyboards) and Giacomo Rossetti (guitar, keyboards, percussion).
