On 7 November 2025, step back into a time when the internet was carefree - early Instagram posts, moustaches, Vine, Tumblr and dog filters on Snapchat. Instagram wasn't yet a career and our smartphones had just gotten touchscreens with emojis.

The charts were packed with Gangnam Style, King Kunta, Shake it Off, Starships, Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.), Whistle and Wrecking Ball. In the clubs, Avicii, Martin Garrix, Flume, Disclosure, Skrillex and Netsky delivered electronic bangers that woke everyone up.
