Nico Dijkshoorn & The Hank Five

Nico Dijkshoorn takes the stage at Taste for the 13th time - previously he performed here 9 times with The Hank Five and 3 times with Tim Knol. Although he currently tours theatres with his band, he doesn't skip Groenlo.

An afternoon with Nico Dijkshoorn means stories and reflections in his own inimitable style: about his homemade toastie, a heating boiler he studies thoroughly, creative dog names, memories of that one perfect pair of trousers, and his deep-rooted fear of Jacques Brel. In between, he sings - beautifully, too - and plays songs with his rock-'n-roll band The Hank Five.
