As I Left tour 2026

Who are you? And who are you when you must flee your country, learn the harsh sides of the world, and are seen by those around you as 'the other'?

In the theatre production As I Left My Father's House, three characters - with Christian, Jewish and Islamic backgrounds - each tell their own story about displacement, identity and passing stories on to the next generation. The production consists of monologues, poetic texts and live music.

The three characters share their struggle, hope and inner strength, nourished by personal histories and spirituality that transcend the boundaries of a single faith.
