MAQUINA.

MAQUINA. is a power trio from Lisbon, formed in 2021, featuring João Cavalheiro (guitar), Tomás Brito (bass) and Halison Peres (drums and vocals). The band combines raw post-punk with electronic textures, Krautrock-like repetition and industrial sound - all without backing tracks or electronic aids.

Their debut album DIRTY TRACKS FOR CLUBBING (2023) introduced their direct, physical sound: fast, minimalist rock aimed at movement. The follow-up PRATA (2024), released via Fuzz Club Records, develops that rhythmic approach further and explores what a guitar-bass-drums trio can achieve live.

MAQUINA. borrows the structure and endurance of club music, but remains anchored in the tangible intensity of live rock instrumentation.
