Yaelokre: #yaelokretour
Yaelokre, the creative project of artist Keath Ósk, returns to Melkweg with a multimedia concert blending music, visual art and storytelling in the fictional world of Meadowlark.
Yaelokre is the musical and artistic project of Keath Ósk, a Filipino-Icelandic singer-songwriter and multimedia artist raised in Manila and now based in Akureyri, Iceland. The songs unfold within a self-invented world called Meadowlark, populated by four child characters each representing a different phase of the artist's life. Music, visual art and storytelling merge into a cohesive universe centred on nature, emotion and personal growth. The project broke through virally in 2024 on TikTok with 'Harpy Hare', which topped Spotify's Global Viral Songs Chart and entered the TikTok Billboard Top 50.
Debut album 'Foreword' released on September 4, 2026 via Atlantic Records, with twelve tracks including new versions of earlier Yaelokre songs.
Keath Ósk announced the world tour 'Foreword Tour', with a European leg starting on October 7, 2026 in Ghent and ending on October 29 at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London.
EP 'Composing Colentine' released on February 12, 2026, featuring the singles 'Hearken' and 'Cole's Response' among others.
Yaelokre performed as opening act for Norwegian singer Aurora during her 'What Happened to the Earth?' tour in Manila.
Yaelokre was included in the NME 100, the annual list of most promising new artists.
