Tramhaus takes the stage at Maassilo in Rotterdam. An evening of music in an iconic industrial venue.
Tramhaus is a five-piece post-punk band from Rotterdam, formed around 2020, whose sound spans post-hardcore, shoegaze and punk. The band - Lukas Jansen (vocals), Nadya van Osnabrugge (guitar), Micha Zaat (guitar), Julia Vroegh (bass) and Jim Luijten (drums) - won the VERA Poll in 2023 and has since become a fixture on larger stages and international festivals. Their debut album 'The First Exit' (September 2024) received five-star reviews from major Dutch newspapers and coverage from BBC 6 Music, KEXP and Iggy Pop. In 2024 alone they played 125 shows across 22 countries.
Tramhaus announces second album 'Blister' with debut single 'Plovdiv'; the album will be released on 9 October 2026 via a coalition of six independent European labels.
'The First Exit' received attention from BBC 6 Music, KEXP and Iggy Pop; 'Blister' is being recorded at GAM Studio in the Belgian Ardennes and released via Subroutine Records (NL), Vicious Circle (FR), Siluh Records (AT) and three other labels.
Tramhaus performs on 13 June at Best Kept Secret and then starts an extensive international tour, with Dutch shows in December and February.
Debut album 'The First Exit' received five-star reviews from De Volkskrant, NRC and Trouw, and the release show at Paradiso was nearly sold out.
In 2024 Tramhaus performed live 125 times, of which 94 shows in 22 countries, including two Japan tours and performances in Moldova and Kosovo.
