Timebox (NL)
Timebox (NL) performs at Theater Het Kruispunt in Barendrecht.
Timebox is a Dutch theatre band dedicated to the golden era of Dutch pop music from 1964 to 1974. The core four - Jac Bico, Felix Maginn, Diederik Nomden and Jan van der Meij - previously spent a decade with The Analogues, the acclaimed band that reproduced late Beatles albums note-for-note on stage. Joined by drummer Kees Schaper and singer-guitarist Ralph Mulder, Timebox covers the full range of that decade: from the raw beat of Q65 and The Outsiders to the symphonic sweep of Earth & Fire, with hits like 'Venus' and 'Little Green Bag' among the highlights.
Timebox announces a second theater program: '64-'74 The British Years, a follow-up to the successful Nederpop program, featuring hits by The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie and Pink Floyd.
Theaterparadijs publishes a positive review of Nederpop '64-'74 and writes that Timebox far exceeds expectations.
NH Nieuws reports on the tour: Timebox travels through the country with a live show as a tribute to the golden years of Nederpop.
The premiere of Timebox on 5 September 2025 at theater Amphion in Doetinchem is completely sold out.
