Sophie Hutchings (Sydney, 1977) is an Australian pianist and composer working at the intersection of neoclassical and ambient music. Her spare, atmospheric piano music is released on Mercury KX (Universal), and across nine studio albums she has built a strong international following - winning an ARIA Award for 'A World Outside' in 2024 and topping the UK classical album charts with 'Echoes in the Valley' in 2021.
