Bruno Bavota

Bruno Bavota is an Italian composer and multi-instrumentalist who combines neoclassical music, chamber folk and electronic music. He is known for his intellectual and emotional depth, and for the way he estranges and distorts traditional arrangements and melodies. Armed with an arsenal of effect pedals and processors, he edits his pieces in real time during performances - often with his bare hands.

His new album Night Music, released in October 2026, consists of personal and intimate solo pieces for piano, capturing silence, melancholy and the raw beauty of the night.

The concert takes place at Lab Grounds, 's-Gravendijkwal 58, Rotterdam. Lab Grounds is located on the second floor; the building has no lift.
