Matt Black is a British musician and producer, best known as one half of Coldcut, the duo he formed with Jonathan More in the late 1980s. Coldcut helped shape the UK's dance and hip-hop scene and founded the influential label Hex Media. Black has long been a pioneer in combining live visuals with electronic music.
