Mark van Dale (born Marc Pols in Rotterdam on 13 November 1964) is a Dutch DJ, producer and radio host who has been active in the dance scene since the early 1980s. He started out on pirate radio and in 1992 hosted one of the first house radio shows in the Netherlands, 'Turbulentie', on Stadsradio Rotterdam. His biggest international breakthrough came with the 1998 single 'Water Verve' (with Enrico), a dance rework of The Verve's 'Bittersweet Symphony' that charted in more than ten countries. Over the course of his career he has produced over a hundred tracks and remixes, and held residencies at clubs including Escape Amsterdam and Asta in The Hague.
Mark van Dale launched a weekly dance program, the 'Mark van Dale Mix Show', in May 2025 on Merwe RTV (Sliedrecht), every Saturday evening at 20:00.
On 18 July 2026, Mark van Dale is scheduled to perform at Fort Bij Vechten in Bunnik.
In December 2024, Mark van Dale performed at multiple events, including 'The Original Warehouse Rave' at De Graanfabriek (Groningen) and 'It Aan de Maas' at HAL4 on the Maas (Rotterdam).
In November 2024, Mark van Dale performed at the Wooferland/Mazzo event 'The Rave Game' on the Thuishaven grounds in Amsterdam.
In January 2025, Mark van Dale performed at the 'Dans! Nieuwjaarsborrel 2025' at the Wantijpaviljoen in Dordrecht.
