Alessandro Mannarino (Rome, 1979) is an Italian singer-songwriter whose music draws on Italian folk tradition, enriched with Balkan and Roma influences and a theatrical, almost circus-like atmosphere. His lyrics are surrealist and tragicomic - populated by clowns, drunkards and wandering lovers. With songs like "Me so' mbriacato" and "Vivere la vita" he carved out a sound that places him alongside Paolo Conte and Fabrizio De André. In January 2020 he became the first Italian artist invited to perform as guest of honour at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris.
Mannarino started his summer tour 2026 with a sold-out show in Fermo, in support of the new album "Primo amore".
Mannarino released his sixth studio album "Primo amore" on 8 May 2026 via BMG Rights Management, five years after his previous album "V".
The album "Primo amore" was announced with the lead single "Ciao" and an extensive Italian summer tour.
Mannarino performed on 12 May 2025 at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht as part of his first European club tour across nine cities in seven countries.
In December 2024, Mannarino announced his European Tour 2025, with nine dates in seven countries.
