About
Leif de Leeuw Band is a Dutch southern jam band led by guitarist and frontman Leif de Leeuw, who has been voted best blues-rock guitarist in the Benelux ten times by the trade magazine Gitarist. The six-piece lineup - featuring twin drummers, Hammond organ, bass and two electric guitars - blends blues, rock, Americana and southern rock with a 1970s feel, and is known for extended, improvisation-driven live shows. Over more than a decade the band has toured Europe, the United States and China.

The band released the live album 'Leif de Leeuw Band Plays the Allman Brothers Band II' in February 2026, recorded at Marmelade Studio in Delft in August 2025.
