About

LAWN is a Dutch alternative rock band founded in 1997 in Groningen by Frisian brothers Job and Titus van 't Veer. Starting out in space and stoner rock, they gradually moved toward indie and post-rock, releasing albums including Backspace and Lawn-dro-mat. Silver (2009) was their last major touring record before the band went quiet. In 2025 they announced a return, with plans to play older material alongside new songs.
