TEMIC + Kingcrow
Progressive metal band TEMIC, featuring members of Devin Townsend and Haken, performs with Italian support act Kingcrow.
Kingcrow is an Italian progressive metal band from Rome, founded in 1996 by guitarist Diego Cafolla and drummer Manuel Thundra Cafolla under the name Earth Shaker - a name they soon changed, inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's poem 'The Raven'. Albums such as 'Eidos' (2015), 'The Persistence' (2018) and 'Hopium' (2024) have earned them a strong international following in progressive rock and metal circles, with tours alongside Pain of Salvation and appearances at major prog festivals.
Kingcrow released their eighth studio album 'Hopium' via Season of Mist, with singles such as 'Kintsugi' and 'Night Drive'.
Kingcrow performed at the Be Prog! My Friend festival in Barcelona, where they played songs from 'Hopium'.
Kingcrow signed a record contract with Season of Mist for the release of 'Hopium'.
Kingcrow played European club shows in April 2025, including in Kraków and Budapest, as part of the 'Hopium' tour.
In May 2025, the band performed in Neunkirchen (Germany), as a continuation of the European club tour.
