Iver Sandøy (born 1974 in Sandøy, Norway) is a drummer, vocalist and producer best known as a full member of Norwegian progressive metal band Enslaved, which he joined in 2018 after co-producing their albums since 2010. Based in Bergen, he also works as a mixing and mastering engineer and has contributed to hundreds of releases since the 1990s.
Enslaved announced their 17th studio album 'Mið' scheduled for release on 30 October 2026 via Nuclear Blast Records, with the single 'Solar Will' as the first preview.
Enslaved plays a historic arena show on 31 October 2026 with Dimmu Borgir and Satyricon at Oslo Spektrum.
Kryptograf released their third album 'Kryptonomicon' via Apollon Records, on which Sandøy appears as producer, drummer, mixer and mastering engineer.
Enslaved toured through the United Kingdom and Europe in March 2024, with a performance in Helmond (Cacaofabriek) as the only Dutch date.
Enslaved released a deluxe edition of 'Heimdal' on 1 March 2024 via Nuclear Blast Records, featuring previously unreleased material.
