Holy Fuck are a Toronto quartet who play electronic music entirely live - no laptops, no backing tracks, just four musicians improvising on analog gear, toy keyboards, guitar pedals and a 35mm film synchronizer. That approach gives their shows a raw, physical energy that sets them apart from most electronic acts. Active for over two decades, they have played Glastonbury, Coachella and Lollapalooza, and their 2007 album LP landed on the Polaris Music Prize shortlist and earned a Juno nomination. Their sixth album, Event Beat, came out in March 2026.
