Gaëlle Rouard is a French experimental filmmaker who has worked hands-on with 16mm film since 1992. She explores photochemical processing and treats the projector as an instrument in its own right. Associated with 102 Rue d'Alembert and Atelier MTK in Grenoble, she performs in improvised settings where film, light and sound intersect.
