Eva Vriend is a Dutch historian and author known for her work on the Zuiderzee reclamation project and the creation of the Dutch polders. She combines archival research with personal stories and regularly appears as a speaker and storyteller. Her writing explores the relationship between water, land and the people who shaped that landscape.
