Death Valley Girls are a Los Angeles rock band who describe their own sound as "California Doom Boogie" - dark, high-energy garage rock with a psychedelic and occult edge. Fronted by Bonny Bloomgarden, the band draws on The Cramps and X-Ray Spex, and releases records on Suicide Squeeze. Iggy Pop once appeared in the video for their single Disaster (Is What We're After).
